Google Business Group Peshawar bringing back ‘BIZ FEST’ on 24th Nov

Google Business Group-Peshawar is once again bringing the tech and entrepreneurial scene of the provincial metropolitan city to the zenith. Since the last five years, GBG-Peshawar has been running successfully by its chief, Ms. Maryam Arshad.

GBG-Peshawar will host BIZ FEST, an international conference focused on technology and business. This conference will be free of charge at the Pearl Continental Hotel, Peshawar. Applications are available and the lucky ones chosen will have a chance to be part of this great learning opportunity in the provincial capital.

Impact Dynamics, NIC Peshawar, Rehman Medical Institute (RMI), Peshawar Model Schools and City University, Archeology, and Museums Directorate, KPK are the main supporting partners for the conference. KPITB is the strategic partner for this conference.

The event will be attended by influential policymakers including IT Minister Kamran Bangash, Shahram Khan Tarakai, incumbent KPK Provincial Minister of Local Government, Elections and Rural Development. While speakers include Ms. Kanwal Jehan, who is the American founder of Growth Spire, Mr. Favad Soomro, head of Engro Foundation in Pakistan, Ms. Ghalia Naseer, Head of Forums and Engagements at Dawood Hercules, Sarwat Gillani, an actress par excellence, Sarwat was Brand Ambassador for Special Olympics in Pakistan and is UN Child Health Care Ambassador in Pakistan, Mr. Faizan Laghari, Rnnr’s Chief and Happening.pk’s Chairman.

The Health and Technology board will include the CEO of Rehman Medical Institute, Shafique ur Rehman. Murtaza Zaidi, Director NIC Peshawar – will be on the opening panel on Technology and Innovation. The conference will be attended by Waqas Khan, director and founder of Reboot Interactive, There will be Eric Bhatti, Oraan’s co-founder and community manager at GDG Kolachi.
