These days, emojis are one of the essential parts of a digital conversation. For that, social media services like Whatsapp, Instagram, and Snapchat occasionally bring out new stuff regarding these emoticons. Not to mention, the tech giants like Apple and Microsoft don’t forget to add more emojis with new updates. These pictorial representations are of such importance that last year Google had to fix its burger emoji upon severe backlash over putting the cheese wrongly.
Now, for all the emoji lovers it is the time of sheer excitement, as tomorrow (June 5), a total of 157 new standard emojis would be rolling out as a part of Unicode Version 11.0. These new sets of emojis would enable you to express yourselves in the ways never been expressed before.
The highly anticipated ginger head emoticon is finally coming your way, along with the white hair emoji as well. Not just that, for the bald people there are some as well. Speaking of hair, the emojis include a new hairstyle – curly hair, to add to your chats.
To show you are feeling the extreme cold or hot weather, there would be now two separate emojis, a cold and a hot face. Apart from that, if you feel like partying, the new party emoji would be right there for you. All aside, now if you feel like appreciating someone, instead of the golden thumbs-up you could now use the all-new glorious golden foot or leg (or for any other purpose making more sense). Just like the hand emojis these leg and foot emojis too come with different skin colors.
The Unicode Version 11.0 not only comes with the human-based emojis but also includes plenty of other categories. There are animals, food items, objects, clothes, and whatnot. There are even a DNA and a bar soap on the roster.
However, to make use of these emoticons the companies would have to add support of Unicode 11 to their devices. Most likely, it will be done so and very soon, you would be using the new emojis.
