Telenor has announced a new way to subscribe to its services without dialing any number or sending any SMS. The company has added a new tab – Telenor Service Station on its official Facebook page for users to get service subscription with just one click.
Telenor Service Station feature services from categories: Islamic, Sports, Music, Education & Careers, Entertainment, Information and Consumer Solutions. Users can select any one of the categories to proceed to the subsequent features. Now, they can choose their desired service and select from three options: Activate, De-Activate or Gift along with the service rate. After that, they need to provide their Telenor number to subscribe to the chosen service.
Previously, there were three procedures to subscribe to a Telenor service like Telenor TV & Radio Portal can be added through call (7879), SMS (“Sub” to 7879) or code (*345*7879#). However, they are not easy to remember and you may have to either scroll through Telenor messages, browse their website or call the customer care service to get subscription codes. This is a hassle for users who probably do not have time to spare for such petty tasks.
Telenor has taken an innovative step for the ease of users; thus, turning a simple solution to smart marketing strategy.
