Federal Govt Announces Holiday for Schools Amid PTI Protests

ISLAMABAD: The district administration has declared a school holiday for tomorrow in the Federal Capital as the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) power rally gains momentum.

This official announcement confirms the closure of all educational institutions, citing the current situation as the primary reason for the decision.

The Islamabad administration has taken these measures to prioritize public safety, with special concern for children. The decision comes in light of potential law and order challenges posed by the ongoing protest in the area.

Due to the PTI protest, all public and private schools will remain closed.

The federal government has already blocked a number of important roads in the capital city, making life very difficult for residents and commuters.

Similarly, tomorrow all educational institutions will be closed in Rawalpindi district of Punjab as announced by the district administration. It will apply to both state and private schools and other educational institutions.
