According to media reports, 19 people have been wounded and 3 people are dead. The nature of the blast has now been determined to be a “suicide attack”. It should be noted here that the blast was near the Arfa Technology Park and people inside the building are being reported as safe. However, an employee at the IT Park, Mr. Khurram Nazir, lost his life in the blast.
