Elon Musk is known for his impressive presence on social media. Although he ceased using Facebook a few months ago, he is still very active on Twitter.
Replying to questions asked by his fans and commenting on the latest developments, he makes the news headlines every few days or so. Elon Musk is now finding his way into the headlines for Indian newspapers after his recent tweet about Indian film Bajirao Mastani.
Apparently, Elon is a fan of Ranveer Singh starer. He shared a small clip of Ranveer Singh on Twitter on Friday with the caption linking towards the movie’s song Dewani Mastani.

The gesture was very well received by Indians on Twitter, with some suggesting that this is probably the start of an effort to introduce Tesla in India.
Does this mean you’ve started prep work for @Tesla’s India foray? ??

Some people thought that it was uncharacteristic of Elon, who is usually found talking about technology and urging everyone to work longer hours, to tweet about something so lighthearted.

But overall, it definitely did bring Elon closer to Indian people, significantly increasing his fanbase due to India’s 1.2 billion strong population.

It is unclear as of now if Elon just wanted to share his fondness for an Indian song or if this tweet is a part of some elaborate plan to increase Tesla’s outreach towards the sub-continent. He went back to his old self after posting the tweet in praise of Bajirao Mastani.
Please put “invented car fart” on my gravestone. This is my only request.

It does feel like Elon was just sharing something he was genuinely excited about. After all, tech leaders are also human, even if they work for 100 plus hours every week.
