Google Developer Group (GDG) is organizing the Developer Festival in Peshawar on 9th November 2019. The event is a celebration of Peshawar’s transformation with the help of technology and it is going to be the biggest Google tech conference in Pakistan. The event will take place at The Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar.
Google Developer Group (GDGs) are local communities of tech geeks, young entrepreneurs, and developers who are interested in Google’s developer technology; everything from the Android, Chrome, Drive, and Google Cloud platforms, to product APIs like the Cast API, Maps API, and YouTube API.
DevFest is a full-day event of sessions, code labs and showcases focused on Android and related technologies. The DevFest is a good place to learn more about Android, deepen your skills and discuss with world-renowned Google Developer Experts.
The focus of the event will be talks related to Google Technologies TensorFlow, Kotlin and Firebase. The talks will try to cover the most important things like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and especially Women’s contribution in Machine Learning and in other fields of technology. Fourth Industry Revolution and entrepreneurship will also be discussed in general.
There will be 25 international speakers and experts coming all the way from the United States, Norway, Indonesia, Vietnam and from all around Pakistan. Since the event is on a very larger scale, it is looking forward to catering to an audience of 800+.
DevFest Peshawar is a one-day event and the timing of the event is from 8 am to 9 pm on 9th November. Along with many talks and speeches from different experts, there will be a performance of a Pashto band. To participate in the event you would have to register yourself by filling a Google Form.
