The Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi has unveiled a list of its smartphones that would be updated to the newest MIUI release. Follow along to check if your smartphone will receive one.
Xiaomi MIUI 10, which is the company’s most recent version of its software skin, was released just recently alongside the Xiaomi Mi 8. Ever since the announcement has gone public, smartphone enthusiasts have been eyeing it eagerly as the update is bound to bring portrait mode even to the smartphones which inherently have one camera lens.
As far as the other features are concerned, the MIUI 10 update will also bring several other small and big updates here and there. The improvements include several optimizations for speed and for artificial intelligence integration within the smartphones.
As the company is essentially linking the portrait mode with MIUI 10 and not with the smartphones, the update will be made available to all the smartphones that would run MIUI 10, however, the update might be late on some smartphones and for some smartphones, this might be well in time.
