Challenge X Promises Over 1 Million Dollar Investment to the Winner

As the year is approaching to an end and winter is almost here, we are seeing more startup activism in the country. In the upcoming months, there will be a lot of hackathons, startup weekends and conferences expected in different cities. ChallengeX seems like a great inaugural event to it. Happening at Islamabad on 20th December and powered by Invest2Innovate, naturally the hopes are already very high.

What is Challenge X?
Challenge Cup is an International Competition that happens in 16 cities worldwide to filter out the most promising startups working on education, energy, health, and cities tracks. According to official website, almost 40 shortlisted startups will be able to present their ideas in a one minute pitch in front of judges, out of which almost 8 startups will be shortlisted, which will be allowed to compete further with their ideas.

The local winners will be sent to Mumbai to compete with the regional teams and finally the regional winners will be sent to Washington to battle for an investment of 1.5 Million Dollars.

Exciting? Yes it is, not only this is going to be a great opportunity for up and coming startups to get investment but also the startups will be able to network and get feedback on their ideas.

You can apply for this competition here.
