Careem, popular ride-hailing service is Pakistan, is all prepping for expanding its footprints to other cities of the country. A visual shared on their Facebook page, just a while ago, reveals that the service is looking to hire General Managers in Hyderabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Peshawar and Faisalabad.
Currently available in Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad, the service has been embraced wholeheartedly by the citizens of these destinations. Although, the number of rides have never been officially revealed by Careem but they are expected to be in thousands per month.
Careem’s biggest rival in Pakistan, Uber is also working on expansion fronts but it has been struggling with the customer service due to lack of a proper service center in Pakistan.
With the expansion to these cities, Careem will have to double down on their customer support team and work on training on their drivers dubbed as captains because the customer’s safety, and security is the most important.
