To commemorate the importance of International Women’s Day Careem, the leading technology company has collaborated with Tech Karo to enable women to develop their careers in the field of technology by solving for their needs of mobility and offering them mentoring and apprenticeship through a program for all their female high achievers. This collaboration is a step towards building an ecosystem to enable more women to join the tech industry.
The partnership aims to work towards breaking the stereotypes about women working in the field of technology and providing them with opportunities to achieve great success. The women being part of this group will be learning leadership and development skills along with technical skills such as program coding by technological experts.

Commenting on breaking stereotypes and making women part of the tech, Sadaf Aslam CIRCLE Women Association is the organization partnering with Careem for Tech Karo said :
