Chauffeur cab booking service, Careem, has partnered with online ticket-booking portal, Bookme.pk, to offer a complete end-to-end customer experience.
Bookme users can now book a Careem ride when purchasing tickets for their favorite movie or bus ride without worrying about transport issues. They’ll also get a 20% discount on all Careem rides using the promo code offered by Careem for Bookme.pk users. Meanwhile,Careem customers shall also get a 20% discount on tickets purchased through Bookme.pk
The partnership the two companies is hugely beneficial for the end customer. Not only does it mean discounts for customers of either service, but it will also result in a much smoother and complete experience. This collaboration between the two company’s promises customers in Pakistan is expected to lead toa wholesome experience and hence, allowing both the startups to expand for the proliferation of the developing Pakistani market.
“Integrations with platforms like bookme.pk will pave the way for seamless customer experience in Pakistan, thus utilizing technology to simplify customers lives through integrating powerful platforms aimed at serving customer needs for entertainment and commute in Pakistan,” said Careem in a press release.
Bookme.pk is an exceptional home-grown Pakistani startup that lets people book movie tickets online without any hassle. After raising investment at a 4 million dollar valuation last year, it went international with service launch in Myanmar as well.
Careem, on the other hand, is a UAE-based startup and Uber’s major competitor in the Asian and Middle-East market. Recently, it has been making some impressive efforts to cater itself to the local market. It even enabled an option to allow its customers to let their friends track them in real-time in the face of a harassment scandal.
