A panel arranged by Careem discussed the future of work and the integration of technology in the day to day dealings of corporate organizations in an event arranged on Thursday, Sep 13. The panel of experts included Omer Moin Malik of Telenor Microfinance Bank, Omair Zeeshan of Finca Bank and Bilal Mumtaz of Sehat.com.
Representatives from different companies attended the event and participated actively in the discussion. The event comprised of a brief introduction of the Careem for Business services, an insightful panel discussion with representatives from the Banking, Telecommunications and Healthcare sector and an engaging tea and networking session at the end.
The panel discussed revolved around the long awaited bloom of the tech industry in Pakistan and the role companies like Careem can play in it. Utility of products like Careem for business and the maturity of people experience through these in the corporate sector were also discussed.
