Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 arrives soon on Nvidia’s streaming platform

Along with its other platforms, the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 video game, developed by Activision, will be available on the Nvidia GeForce Now game streaming service.

Following Microsoft’s 2023 acquisition of Activision Blizzard and a pact to launch its games on Nvidia’s service, it has been noted that this marks the first time a Call of Duty game is debuting on the first day on GeForce Now.

Until Microsoft bought Activision Blizzard, Sony had exclusive content rights for new Call of Duty releases. However, after the acquisition, Microsoft promised Sony that it would restore parity to the franchise’s future launches, and the two companies signed a deal. To satisfy authorities, Microsoft made concessions during its acquisition of Activision Blizzard, such as porting titles from the publisher’s library and the Xbox PC game collection to Nvidia’s service. Additionally, it confirmed that Call of Duty would be available on Nintendo systems.

In addition, the developer has pledged that Call of Duty would make its way to Nintendo systems. Call of Duty HQ, a launcher that combines Modern Warfare III and Warzone (all of which are accessible on Xbox and PC Game Pass), is also joining Nvidia’s service. Here are the new GeForce Now launch titles:

  • Worshippers of Cthulhu (New release on Steam, Oct. 21)
  • No More Room in Hell 2 (New release on Steam, Oct. 22)
  • Romancing SaGa 2: Revenge of the Seven (New release on Steam, Oct. 24)
  • Windblown (New release on Steam, Oct. 24)
  • Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 (New release on Steam, Battle.net and Xbox, available on PC Game Pass, Oct. 25)
  • Call of Duty HQ, including Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III and Call of Duty: Warzone (Xbox, available on PC Game Pass)
  • DUCKSIDE (Steam)
  • Off the Grid (Epic Games Store)
  • Selaco (Steam)
