Bahria Town Signs Agreement to Launch First Major International Project in Dubai

With a revolutionary project in Dubai, Pakistan’s leading real estate developer Bahria Town (Pvt) Ltd has formally entered the global market. As part of the Golf District, BT Properties, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the parent firm, is developing a gated master-planned community in partnership with Dubai South, the biggest urban development project in the UAE.

The planned neighborhood will offer a variety of housing and business options, such as apartments, townhouses, schools, mosques, shops, and entertainment venues. The project will also have a central park, dancing fountains, green areas, water features, and iconic landmarks that will enhance its appeal and create a peaceful balance between luxury and tranquility.

Dubai South, strategically placed near Al Maktoum International Airport and on track to become the world’s largest airport, has drawn worldwide investors as a premier residential and business destination.

Both the CEO of BT Properties Dubai, Ahmed Ali Riaz Malik, and Khalifa Al Zaffin, the Executive Chairman of Dubai Aviation City Corporation and Dubai South, signed the deal. Notable guests included Malik Riaz Hussain, Chairman and Founder of Bahria Town, as well as other high-ranking government figures.

Malik Riaz, chairman of Bahria Town, expressed excitement about the area’s expanding demand and enormous possibilities for future expansion.
