ISLAMABAD: Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited has announced the temporary suspension of its manufacturing plant, effective from January 4 to January 31, 2025.
The decision was made as part of the company’s scheduled annual maintenance and was communicated during a meeting at the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Monday.
The tractor manufacturer stated, “As part of its annual maintenance, the Company will temporarily shut down its manufacturing plant from January 04, 2025, to January 31, 2025.”
Al-Ghazi Tractors Ltd (AGTL), a division of CNH Industrial and Al-Futtaim Group LLC, U.A.E., is a prominent producer of agricultural machinery in Pakistan. The company’s manufacturing facility, located in Dera Ghazi Khan, has a production capacity of 30,000 units and is known for assembling New Holland tractors.
This temporary shutdown is part of AGTL’s routine operations to ensure the continued efficiency and performance of its plant machinery and equipment.
