LG has gone to another approach with the LG G5. It is the first LG phone with modular nature and you can literally add some more components to the phone. The phone is the flagship device of LG for this year and it is going to offer its users a lot of perks.
Users were confused in the beginning that if the phone is made up of plastic or metal. The phone has a metal body and there is a coating on the phone because of which you might not feel the phone cold in the morning s you feel with some other metal phones. It comes in a unibody design. But as mentioned before, it is modular in nature and you can attach extra stuff with it. The volume button of the phone has been shifted to the left side, unlike the last year’s LG G4. The volume button is present on the back under the camera lens. The fingerprint sensor is embedded in the power button on the back. The bottom of the phone has the USB Type C which is kind of necessary in a flagship phone. The speakers are located at the bottom and it is one of the best single speakers present on a smartphone.
The bottom chin of the phone pops out on the press of a button and you can attach different accessories to its bottom like the extra battery.
LG G5 comes with a Dual 16 MP (29mm, f/1.8) + 8 MP (12mm, f/2.4) camera with laser autofocus. The camera is really wide angle and captures stunning photos both in daylight and night time. The front camera is 8 MP, f/2.0 and takes takes pretty good selfies whether being during the day or at night if you are into that sort of thing.
The LG G5 comes with Qualcomm MSM8996 Snapdragon 820 chipset with Quad-core (2×2.15 GHz Kryo & 2×1.6 GHz Kryo) CPU an Adreno 530 GPU. It comes with 4 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage. It comes with Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box. The gaming performance is amazing. Every heavy game run like butter on this phone and gives premium visuals.
