Systems Limited, Pakistan’s premier software services company, has managed to secure a massive Land Records Management System worth 300 Million PKR by Punjab Revenue Board.

Systems Limited has played the role of ideal for many up and coming startups, software services companies and entrepreneurs in the country. The Software house has been working closely with the government over the past few years. The organization was awarded another project of same domain in past in which the computerization of Land Records in Khyber Pakhtoonkha was done. Keeping their performance and experience in such projects in mind, it wasn’t difficult for the government to decide who should be awarded the project.

For the uninitiated, Systems Limited will develop a centralized Land Records Management Information System (LRMIS) to increase the transparency and efficiency. The current distributed system will be replaced to provide uniform service across the 300 services centers in Punjab located in 150 tehsils of the province. With its revamped architecture, the new system will be serving over 12,000 users in the BOR and related stakeholders in all districts of Punjab with its securely hosted system that will provide uniform efficiency.

Asif Peer, CEO and Managing Director of Systems Limited highlights that their company has been associated with Land Record systems and data, across the three major provinces in Pakistan. He is confident that the experience, leadership team and the frameworks they have will drive them to deliver a state-of-the-art, scalable solution for PMU-BOR Punjab. He said,

“Land Records Management Information System Punjab is set to be one of the largest Land Records’ databases in South East Asia. We are excited to be an enabler in this regard, and are determined to take this initiative forward to help create more success stories in Pakistan and also across the region.”
