The highly anticipated Samsung Galaxy S25 series, which includes the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra, is set for an official unveiling next month. Although Samsung has yet to confirm the exact launch date, leaked live images of the Galaxy S25+ and design details of the Galaxy S25 Ultra have emerged online, offering an exciting preview of what to expect from the upcoming flagship devices.
Galaxy S25+ Design Revealed Through Leaked Images
A prominent tipster, Jukanlosreve, recently shared what are claimed to be live images of the Galaxy S25+ on social media platform X. The photos showcase both the front and rear panels, as well as a close-up of the right edge of the device.
The front display appears to feature a flat-screen with thinner bezels compared to previous models, though the front camera and bottom edge remain obscured in the images. The rear panel is home to three vertically arranged sensors, each encircled by solid circular camera rings, maintaining the design language seen in the Galaxy S24+.
Another picture shows where mmWave antenna is located under the volume rocker and power button at the right side. The design of this button may seem like a camera control in some way but users are warned against this not being the case. The model number that leaked also supports this as SM-S936U to means that this variant is meant for the U.S. market.
As expected, based on the leak, the Ultra model will have much slimmer bezels than the Xiaomi 15 and iPhone 16 Pro Max. The device will be available in four colours: Blue, Black, White, and Gray. This leaked information is somewhat different from the previous tip according to it Galaxy S25 Ultra will also be available in Green, Black, Blue, and Titanium colors.
Key Features and Expectations for Galaxy S25+ and Galaxy S25 Ultra
Both the Galaxy S25+ and Galaxy S25 Ultra are expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, with no Exynos variant anticipated for this year. The S25+ is rumored to feature a 4,900mAh battery, identical to its predecessor, while the S25 Ultra could sport a 5,000mAh battery, similar to the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
Color options for the Galaxy S25+ include Moon Night Blue, Sparkling Blue, Silver Shadow, Midnight Black, and Sparkling Green. The Galaxy S25 Ultra will reportedly offer storage configurations of 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB, with an exciting new 16GB RAM option.
