PUBG MOBILE has recently released its most recent update, Version 3.5 Icemire Frontier. This update introduces a variety of winter-themed features, including the Frostborne Dragon, a formidable mount, and an expansive frigid battleground. Additionally, the Mammoth and Sabertooth Tiger are new mounts. In addition, players can anticipate Viking-inspired armaments and a variety of gameplay improvements that are expected to enhance their gaming experience.
The Icemire Frontier, a new themed mode that immerses players in the frigid landscapes of Frostheim, is the standout feature of this update. This mode features intense combat in locations such as the Beast-Taming Grounds and Chieftain’s Stronghold, where players can uncover concealed treasures in the Magic Crystal Mines. The gameplay can be considerably improved by the presence of Magic Crystal Crates and valuable provisions in these quarries.
The Dragon’s Lair, which is exclusive to Erangel, provides players with the opportunity to confront the formidable Frostborne Dragon, providing an exhilarating challenge. Up to three teams can enter this lair to vanquish the dragon and uncover a treasure vault by utilising an Ice Portal key. It is important to note that being knocked down in this location does not qualify as an elimination, which enables players to recover and secure loot.
The Icemire Frontier introduces new items, including the Frostsoul Spear, which enables teleportation and simultaneously generates ice fields that slow enemies, and the Frostsoul Warhammer, a melee weapon that erects ice barriers to provide defence. The Car, a four-passenger off-road vehicle with built-in dance emotes, and the Sabretooth Tiger, a two-seater with mounted firing capacity and special high-speed driving, are also available to players.
In addition to these exciting features, classic mode updates include the introduction of horses, two-seater vehicles that can easily maneuver through rough terrains and the new M79 smoke grenade launcher which offers cover during the fighting. Players can also immerse themselves in stunning Wailing on the Spawn Island of Erangel with their friends waiting for the match.
World of Wonder (WOW) has received numerous improvements as well. 1v1 fights have fresh opportunities as breakable walls provide new strategies for fighting, and four new multiplayer maps include destructible terrains that can be changed during the battle. The Dorm Sniper Battle map makes it tasking for teams to win when they do not use breakable cover.
Metro Royale introduces a fierce new PvE enemy with the Sabertooth Tiger roaming Misty Port and Arctic Base. Winter Crates containing useful items will also be available in these maps and both Lock Box and its storage has been improved for the game.
Home mode updates include a change of music to Arctic mode and the addition of Lily, a charming new Home Butler that comes with unique emotes and outfits. Merging similar furniture enhances Prosperity and Style Points, the aspect enriches Home management.
The version 3.5 update also commenced the start of Cycle 7 Season 21, featuring legendary items like C7S21 glasses and C7S21 masks. A heads up for all players, the Season Token Event Shop contains new items for both Classic and Casual Seasons.
PUBG MOBILE’s Version 3.5 Update will be available for players until January 7, 2025. The game is available for download and play for free at the App Store and Google Play Store for players.
