Pakistan’s top property portal, Zameen.com celebrated 1 million visitors a few months ago and it was not their first success. Last year, they accomplished a series of milestones one after the other. The biggest one was probably acquiring major investment from the largest online investor in ASEAN region – Catcha Group. After that, they rolled out the mobile app for their iOS users and it did not stop there.
This year they have hit yet another feat – reaching 1 million property listings mark on their website. This is the first time that a real estate website in Pakistan has achieved such a milestone. Following the success, Zameen.com has firmly established the portal as the market leader in the Pakistani online real estate industry. Zameen.com CEO Zeeshan Ali Khan said that the listings clearly indicate people’s choice both in terms of real estate professionals and end users. He further added,
“The immense response Zameen.com has received since its inception is a reflection of the changing trends of property hunting among Pakistanis, who are becoming more tech savvy and are using the Internet as the primary tool to find quality investment options as well as decent accommodation.”
When Zeeshan gave TechJuice an exclusive interview last year, he told that the competition do not pressurize him in any way. When he recounted the hardships of gaining interest from the investors he remarked that hard work pays off and yes, we can see that all the efforts are definitely paying off.
Zameen.com has established itself quickly as the market leader since it was founded in 2006 leading the real estate market. Its user-friendly design and interface, innovative products and services, and a deep knowledge of the Pakistani real estate market have all contributed to a massive following to the tune of 1.3 million visitors per month.
More than 6,600 real estate agencies currently work with Zameen.com, which has offices in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Peshawar, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, London and Dubai, along with presence in 10 other cities in Pakistan.
