Earlier today, Invest2Innovate hosted the ChallengeX competition for the first time ever in Pakistan. The exciting challenge promises an investment of over a million dollar which can be very useful for any startup. 23 startups on tracks of education, health, energy, and smart cities were shortlisted to pitch their ideas in front of qualified judges.
After going through a tough judging procedure four startups have been shortlisted. The shortlisted 4 startups will be able to compete with other startups from the region in Challenge Cup at Bangalore in upcoming days.
The details of winning teams are as follows:
Education Category – 3Restart
3Restart’s end goal is to come up with a game that will not only help in complimenting early childhood education through learning processes that enhance memory retention etc but will also help parents monitor their child’s progress.
Energy Category – EcoEnergy
EcoEnergy makes clean energy accessible to Pakistan’s energy-poor by providing relevant and affordable clean energy products through its marketing, sales and service network.
Health Category – HealthOne
HealthOne is a one stop medical shop that will have medical consulting, pathology and pharmacy services, thus providing high-quality medical treatment at economical costs. Their current focus is on the treatment and care of diabetes patients.
Smart Cities – Travly
Travly is a mobile app that let’s you plan out intra-city bus travels by providing real-time information of the buses arriving at your nearest (and other) bus stops.
