3 WhatsApp hacks to turn you into a messaging master

There is no denying fact that WhatsApp has become an important part of our lives, without it, life will come to standstill. Every now and then, the app comes out with new features and tricks. Therefore, we’ve decided to list three best tricks and hacks that the app has to offer. Although, most of you know about these features, still, they are worth talking about.

1- How to hide a chat on WhatsApp

If you neither want to see someone’s name in your recent messages nor risk their chat window popping up when you open your phone in front of other people, there’s a way to hide chats on the app. You don’t have to delete their chat altogether. There’s a way to just not see it for a while. All you need to do is swipe right on their chat and press the ‘Archive’ option that shows up. You can later locate this chat easily by just going back to your Archived messages (by swiping down). If you want to move the contact back to your recent chats, either use unarchive or simply send the person a message.

There are certain tricks in WhatsApp to make your text Bold, Italic and other forms, which you can see by visiting this link.

2- Find out who you message the most

Know the person or group you interact with the most with one of the easiest WhatsApp hacks. All you need to do is this:
The window will show you a ranking of chats according to the amount of data spent, along with messages or media exchanged.

Go to Settings > Data Usage > Storage Usage

3-Broadcast your private messages to the masses

Just because you want to send the same message to a number of people doesn’t mean you necessarily want to start a group chat where everyone can interact with each other and annoy you with endless message alerts. The solution is a ‘broadcast’.

Tapping the menu button reveals the ‘New broadcast’ option. This will send a single message to multiple recipients, creating an individual chat for each. You don’t even need to trouble yourself with endless cut and paste efforts either – it’s the modern equivalent of BCCing someone into an email.
