3 amazing things about the new OnePlus 5T

The famed flagship killer, OnePlus has launched its latest smartphones OnePlus 5T a couple of days ago, thus ending the ongoing battle of flagships of 2017. OnePlus 5T is an upgraded successor of OnePlus 5 which was launched back in June. The device packs a handful of features at an affordable price.

The reasoning behind the hype of Oneplus 5T is quite simple. If there are new features available for users, why wait a whole year to bring them out when they could be put on the market right now. CEO Oneplus, Pete Lau believes that the price in which OnePlus is bringing such innovative features in their devices is absolutely impossible for other manufacturers.

Although OnePlus 5T carries many impressive features, well we are here with three of them which are most loved.

1. Huge Bezel-less display:

OnePlus has fallen into the ongoing trend of providing a bezel-less smartphone. OnePlus 5T comes with a 6.01-inch bezel-less display with 18:9 aspect ratio. The display on OnePlus 5T comes with 1080 x 2160 resolution unlike the previous resolution of 1080 x 1920 on OnePlus 5 and it was a 16:9 display with big bezels. The display comes with the same, Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

2. Face Unlock + Dual Camera Sensors:

OnePlus has improved the camera sensors of its new flagship. It now comes with a dual 20+16 MP rear camera system. The secondary camera works like a charm in low light conditions. The OnePlus 5T can be set up for face unlocking, where a software recognizes your face, but of course, it does not support a 3D face mapping technology, unlike iPhone X. This feature is not as compatible as Apple’s flagship due to price constraints faced by the company.

3. Affordable Price:

The OnePlus 5T comes with two variants, the one with 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage costs just $499, while the one with 8GB RAM & 128GB internal storage costs $559.

This is a very good deal, given the OnePlus 5T is a powerhouse with the top of the line specs and camera. You wouldn’t be able to get such specs in this price range. In the market, plenty of smartphones with the same specs sheet are available at double prices. The phone will be available to order from 21st November and it is expected that within a few weeks time it will be available in Pakistan. But ofcourse the ecommerce stores will charge premium amount to milk as much money as they can. You can visit detail specs and price of OnePlus 5T by visiting our website.
