10000 High Achieving Bano Qabil Students To Receive Free Laptops From Alkhidmat Foundation

Alkhidmat Foundation, in collaboration with Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Pakistan, is making a significant effort to empower Pakistan’s youth by distributing free laptops to 10,000 top-performing graduates from the Bano Qabil program.

The announcement was issued by Hafiz Naeemur Rehman, the Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami, during a speech delivered to thousands of pupils engaged in the Bano Qabil 4.0 aptitude examination in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.

The initiative to provide free laptops aims to enhance the digital competencies of recent graduates, furnishing them with the necessary tools to engage with global job markets and foster skill development in growing sectors. Rehman underscored that this initiative represents a crucial advancement in mitigating unemployment and empowering students to attain self-sufficiency within the digital economy.

Hafiz Naeemur Rehman advocated for the creation of a cohesive and equitable educational framework, emphasizing the necessity of a standardized curriculum to address the varied requirements of Pakistan’s 250 million populace.

He emphasized the significant potential of information technology and digital competencies as catalysts for economic development, urging the youth to concentrate on emergent sectors rather than contemplating emigration as a viable alternative. Rehman characterized the Bano Qabil program as a “game changer” for the nation, intending to close the divide between educational attainment and employment opportunities.

To inspire and motivate the attendees, the event featured the presence of several distinguished individuals, including educationist Dr. Ishrat Hussain, former cricketer Sadiq Muhammad, and esteemed actors Behroz Sabzwari, Ayaz Khan, and Zaiba Shahnaz.

In the past two years, more than 48,000 students have successfully matriculated from the Bano Qabil program, with Jamaat-e-Islami actively facilitating the attainment of employment opportunities for these graduates.

In a formal statement, Rehman encouraged the youth of Karachi and Pakistan to advocate for their rights and to combat corrupt leadership, underscoring that the future of Pakistan is contingent upon its younger generation. He was accompanied by Monem Zafar, the Amir of JI Karachi, who further urged the youth to focus on making meaningful contributions to the advancement of the nation.

This initiative exemplifies JI’s steadfast dedication to empowering the youth of Pakistan through education, skill enhancement, and the creation of employment opportunities, thereby securing a more promising and prosperous future for the nation’s upcoming generation.
